Website builder for pest control contractors
A Pest Control website that books the treatment.
You’re out spraying a foundation line — a treatment, not a web build.
$199/month, all-in, follow-up on the visitors who didn’t book included — we build it first, you pay once you’ve seen it.
What a pest control site is built from
Grounded in your treatment work.
Seeing roaches (especially german roaches in the kitchen), ants trailing in the kitchen/bathroom, mice or rats in the attic, walls, or garage — the calls that pay. termidor, taurus sc, temprid fx — the brands you run. pretreat, perimeter (perimeter treatment), crack and crevice (c&c) — the words you use. Maria reads your real pest control work and builds every bit of it in.
Starting with seeing roaches (especially german roaches in the kitchen):

Built from your work, not a template.
Read from your real pest control jobs, not a template — the first draft is designed to be the one you keep.
Your real treatment photos — a whole-home treatment and a barrier — harvested and placed, never stock.
Copy in pest control language: pretreat, perimeter (perimeter treatment), crack and crevice (c&c), trenching and rodding, transfer effect / domino effect.
A photoreal hero set out spraying a foundation line, so the page looks made for a pest guy.
A voice receptionist on the site that answers when someone with seeing roaches (especially german roaches in the kitchen) gets in touch, and books the treatment.
Didn’t book? If they left a number, Maria rings them back, texts if she can’t reach them, and books the treatment.
Book button wired to your scheduler, domain registered, full SEO baseline on every page.
Included · Follow-up
Does your website follow up on leads?
A Maria Site does.
When someone asks Maria about a treatment on your site and doesn’t book, she goes back for it. If they left a number, she rings them back, and texts them if she can’t reach them. They can book on the call or straight from the text, and the treatment lands on your calendar.

How much does pest control cost in your area?
A one-time treatment for common pests like ants, spiders, or roaches typically runs about $100–$600, depending on the pest, how bad it is, and the size of your home. Quarterly plans usually run about $100–$175 a visit. Termite treatments typically start around $1,200–$2,500, and bed-bug heat treatment runs about $1,000–$2,500 a room. Use the tool above to get booked with a local pro who quotes your home after a look.
Are the treatments safe for my kids and pets?
Pest control products sold in the US must be registered with the EPA, and the label sets how and where they can be applied. Most treatments go along the outside of the home and in cracks, gaps, and entry points rather than open living space. Ask your tech how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas — usually until it dries — and tell them about any fish tanks or allergies before they start.
Do I have to sign up for a contract or a quarterly plan?
No. You can book a single treatment. Many your area homeowners do move to a quarterly plan once the problem is under control, because a regular visit keeps the barrier up through the warm months instead of starting over each time pests come back.
Why do pests keep coming back after I spray?
Store-bought spray kills the bugs you see but not the nest, and it doesn't fix what drew them in. Moisture, food, clutter, and small gaps around pipes, doors, and the foundation keep inviting them back. A pro treats where pests live and travel, points out the conditions to fix, and seals entry points — that is what stops the repeat visits.
How do I know if I have termites?
Look for mud tubes on the foundation or crawl-space walls, piles of discarded wings near windows after a spring swarm, and wood that sounds hollow when you tap it. Subterranean termites are the kind most often found in your area homes, and they can work for years before the damage shows. If you see any of these signs, book an inspection rather than spraying — termite work is a different treatment from regular pest control.
There's a wasp or hornet nest near my door. What should I do?
Don't knock it down or spray it yourself — stinging insects defend the nest, and some people react badly to stings. Keep kids and pets away from it and book a pro, who can remove it safely and treat the spot so a new colony doesn't move back in.
Is the company licensed?
Pest control is licensed by the state, and a legitimate company will hold a current license and carry insurance. Ask for the license number — a reputable your area company will give it to you.
Do you serve my area?
Yes — we cover your area and the surrounding area. Enter your details in the tool above and a local pest control pro will confirm your appointment.
