Group walks or solo?
Both, and it depends on the dog. Sociable dogs often do better in a small group; reactive or nervous dogs walk solo. We will be honest about which yours is after the first few walks.
How do you handle keys?
Keys are coded rather than labelled with your address, stored securely, and returned whenever you ask. Plenty of customers use a lockbox instead, which we are happy with.
What happens if my walker is ill?
A backup you have already met covers, and we tell you before the visit rather than after. Nobody unfamiliar turns up at your door.
