Do you pull permits?

For panel work, service changes and new circuits, yes — and we handle the inspection. Unpermitted electrical work is the kind of thing that stops a house sale.

Can you tell me what it will cost over the phone?

For standard work like a fixture swap or a dedicated circuit, usually yes. Panel and service work needs eyes on the existing setup first — we will not guess at a number and change it later.

My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?

A breaker tripping is the safety device doing its job, so the tripping itself is not the danger — what caused it might be. Repeated trips on the same circuit should be looked at rather than reset.

Do you work on older properties?

Yes. Knob-and-tube, aluminium branch wiring and fuse boxes are all things we deal with regularly, and we will tell you plainly what needs doing now versus what can wait.

Are you available for emergencies?

Yes — burning smells, sparking outlets and total loss of power get priority. If it smells like burning, shut the breaker off and call.
