Do I need an appointment?
Booking online gets you the time and the tech you want, and takes about a minute. We do take walk-ins whenever a chair is free — call ahead and we will tell you honestly what the wait looks like.
How do you handle hygiene?
Files, buffers and pedicure liners are single-use and opened in front of you. Metal tools are cleaned and sterilised between every client, and our pedicure chairs are pipeless, so there is no plumbing holding water between guests.
How long does a gel manicure last?
Two to three weeks for most people before regrowth shows. It depends more on your nails and your job than on the product — if you are hard on your hands we will tell you which service actually holds up rather than selling you the longest one.
Can you fix a set someone else did?
Yes, and we will not lecture you about it. Bring it in and we will tell you whether it is a repair, an infill or better taken off and started again — with the price before we begin.
What if I do not like the colour once it is on?
Say so while you are in the chair. Changing your mind on colour before we finish costs nothing — we would much rather redo it than have you leave with nails you are not happy with.
